This fiesta bowl was very yummy! A little party in the mouth haha 🙂 Its a awesome tasting little dish.
Fiesta Bowl Ingredients:
1-2 Cups of Fresh Corn + water
1/4 Cups of chopped Capsicum ( Red Pepper)
1/3 Cup Scallions (Green Onions)
1/2 tsp himalayan pink seasalt
1/2 tsp of black pepper
Spinkle of Red Pepper flakes
1.Place all your ingredients (except tomatoes) inside a pan on stove + allow to warm for 5-7 minutes
2. Place inside serving dish + top with fresh tomatoes + fresh scallions + Eat the entire bowl 🙂
