*Tahini Cilantro RAW Spread*
Tahini is so diverse and can be used in a variety of recipes to flavor your dish. It is made from sesame seeds and taste dynamic with the right ingredients. I mixed this spread with kale, beans, and rice. It was absolutely delicious. You can also use it on a salad, sandwich, or your favorite wrap mixed with fresh veggies.
*Tahini Spread*
Serving Size: 2
Ingredients (all organic):
1/3 Cup Tahini
1 Batch of Cilantro
1/2 Lime
2 Small Garlic Cloves
1/2 Tbs Garlic Powder
1/2 Tbs Onion Powder
1 Tsp Himalayan Pink Seasalt
1 Tsp of Black Pepper
1/4 Cup of Spring Water (add more if needed)
Directions:
1. Add all tahini spread ingredients to a high speed blender
2. Blend on high until you have a creamy texture
3. Taste and add more seasoning if needed to your preference
4. Add your tahini spread to your dish of choice (sandwich, wrap etc)
5. If storing add to an airtight container and consume within 2 days!
