*Kale Mint Bowl Smoothie*
Happy 4th of July Everyone🎉
I find multiple ways to sneak greens into my body. You don’t always have to consume a salad in order to get your greens. This smoothie bowl is loaded with vitamins,minerals,and antioxidants. It will help to boost your immune system, detox your body naturally, plus help to cleanse your blood. If you have children smoothies are the perfect way to add extra nutrition to their diet.
*Kale Mint Bowl Smoothie*
Ingredients (all organic)
1 Cup Fresh Kale
2 Cups Frozen Blueberries
2 Frozen Bananas
2 Tbs Raw Carob Powder
1/8 Tsp Peppermint Extract (this is strong so feel free to add 1/2 of this amount if needed)
1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
2 Cups Alkaline Water
Toppings: Raw Cacao Nibs + Coconut Shreds +Fresh Blueberries+ Fresh Strawberries
Directions:
1. Clean + Rinse all of your smoothie ingredients
2. Place all ingredients inside high speed blender + blend until smooth
3. Pour inside cup + add toppings + drink right way
