*Veggie Pizza*

I love to make veggie options for the foods I once loved so much. This Veggie Vegan Pizza was yummy, simple to make, and very filling! Yummers ❤

Veggie Vegan Pizza:
Ingredients:
Pizza Sauce:

8 oz Can of Tomato Sauce 
1/2 Tbs of Dried Oregano
1 Tsp of Garlic Powder
1 Tsp of Onion Powder
1/2 Tbs Dried Basil
Pinch of Dried Marjoram (Optional)
Pinch of Paprika
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp Himalayan Pink SeaSalt
Another Pizza Sauce Option:
1 6oz can of Organic Tomato Paste
10 Tbs of Alkaline Water (This will vary if you prefer a really thin sauce add more water)
Plus add all seasonings listed above

Sautéed Veggies:
1/4 Cup of Chopped Yellow or Purple Onion
2 Grated Garlic Cloves
3/4 Cups of Red Pepper (Feel free to add yellow & green peppers as well)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried basil
1 Tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Vegan Parmesan Crumbles:
1/4 Cup Raw Dried Cashews
1 Tbs Nutritional Yeast (I use the brand BRAGGS)
1/3 tsp Himalayan pink seasalt
1/3 tsp Black pepper
1/3 tsp garlic powder

Crust:
Any Vegan Crust ( I used the brand Rustic Crust great grains)

Toppings:(Optional)
Fresh Tomatoes
Fresh Basil
Olives
Pickled Jelapenos
Crimini Mushrooms
veg pizDirections:
1. Rough chop all veggies + place your olive oil + sautéed veggies+ seasonings in pan + allow to sauté for 10-15 mins

2. While veggies are sautéing add your tomato sauce + all seasonings to bowl 
3. Whisk or stir until you have a desired pizza sauce texture (taste & add more seasonings if needed)
4. Take your crust (pre slice into 4 squares) + spread your pizza sauce all over + add sautéed veggies on top
5. I also added crimini mushrooms + tomatoes + pickled jelepenos + olives on top of the veggies
6. Place pizza with topping inside oven + allow to bake at 400 degrees 12-15 mins until crust is nice & crisp
7. While Pizza is baking add your vegan parmesan cheese ingredient to food processor
8. Pulse + allow to process until cashews are blended into a powder crumble texture
9. When pizza is ready sprinkle your vegan cheese on top + add fresh strips of basil + red pepper flakes + Enjoy
