*Super Berry Smoothie*
For an extra dose of nutrients I added superfood powders to this smoothie. It’s the perfect way to sneak more vitamins and minerals into your system without having to swallow a pill. This smoothie is filled with powerful antioxidants, iron, dietary fiber, calcium, potassium, Vitamin C, and is berry berry good hahah! It was the perfect way to start the day. Happy Monday my friends♡
*Super Berry Smoothie* (serving size 1)
2 Cups Organic Frozen Blueberries
2 Fresh Organic Plums
1 Tsp Maqui Powder
1 Tsp Acai Berry Freeze Dried Powder
1 Tbs Agave Nectar (or Coconut Nectar)
1+1/2 Cup of Alkaline water
Toppings: Fresh Strawberries + Kiwi + Chia Seeds + Hemp Seeds + Goji Berries
1. Place all your smoothie ingredients inside high speed blender + add water + blend until smooth
2. Pour inside smoothie bowl or glass+ add your fresh toppings + drink right away
