*Raw Ceasar Dressing Heart Bites*


Who ever knew you could make raw ceasar dressing and pour it on top of your favorite veggies for a delightful dish! Nom Nom.

*Raw Ceasar Dressing*

1 Cup activated sunflower seeds (to activate soak 4-6 hours or overnight)
1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
1/3 tsp black ground pepper
1 tbs braggs apple cider vinegar
1/3 tsp garlic powder
1 small garlic clove
1/3-1/2 cups water (add more if needed)
1 tsp salt
5-6 fresh tbs of lemon juice
1-2 raw nori sheets (add 2 if you really want a stronger fish taste)


1. Chop up your favorite vegetables I used (Zucchini,spinach, redpeppers +tomato)+ allow to marinate in 1/2 tsp of himalayan pink seasalt for 2 hours + rinse veggies after the 2 hours( this will provide a cooked texture)

2. While your veggies are marinating, mix all dressing ingredients inside blender + blend until smooth

3. Pour some dressing on top of veggies + mix well

4. Pack your mixture inside of a heart shaped cookie cutter + remove to enjoy a heart shape dish full of love 🙂
