*GoodMorning Fruit Bowl*
Here is a perfect breakfast idea or snack idea. A fruit bowl which will provide you with a ton of vitamins, minerals, & energy to jumpstart your day. I usually make a morning smoothie and have solid fruit as well which is a very filling breakfast.
Ingredients (all organic):
2 -3 Fresh Kiwi
1/4 Cup Fresh Blueberries
2-3 Blood Oranges
1. Rinse and clean all of your fruit really well (Vinegar + water is a great natural cleaner)
2. Slice all fruit up inside bowl & Bon Appetit
