*Flavor Explosion Salad*

The Flavor Explosion Swiss Chard Salad is one of my favorite salads to make. The yummy Tahini dressing that is mixed in makes for one dynamic flavor explosion in the mouth hehehe :-). Swiss Chard is a nutrition powerhose. It has a ton of antioxidants, vitamin A, C, K, & E. Swiss Chard will help with boosting your immune system, fighting off illness, help promote healthy vision & bone health, and will be great for skin.

*The Flavor Explosion Salad*

Ingredients (all organic):
1 batch swiss chard
10 organic tomatoes
1 carrot shredded
sesame seeds

Tahini Dressing Recipe:
1 tbs tahini
2 tbs tamari
2 tbs balsamic vineger
1 small fresh garlic clove grated
1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
pinch of himalayan pink seasalt

Directions:

1. Chop up a entire batch of swiss chard or 2-3 cups (depends on how big you want your salad + rinse & clean
(vinegar + water mixed is a great natural veggie & fruit cleaner)

2. Mix up your dressing ingredients (feel free to use food processor to mix) + pour on dressing on top and massage it inside the swiss chard

3. Top with organic tomatoes + shredded carrots + sesame seeds
